Your First Login to Bitlease
How to log in
Go to bitlease.com and click Log In in the top navigation bar, or go directly to bitlease.com/en/login.
Enter your registered email address and your password, then click Sign In.
If your password is not working
Passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure your caps lock is off and that you are entering the exact password you set during registration.
If you still cannot log in, click Forgot password on the login screen. You will be guided through a reset process using your registered email address.
The reset process is the same as Step 4 and Step 5 in the account creation flow:
Click Request Verification Code
Check your email for the 6-digit code
Enter the code, your new password, and confirm it
Click Set Password
If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder.
If you see "account not found" or "email not registered"
This means the email address you entered does not have a BitLease account. Double-check that you are using the same email address you registered with.
If you are not sure which email you used, check your inbox for a confirmation email from BitLease sent at the time of sign-up.
Staying signed in
BitLease will keep you logged in for a standard session period. If you are on a shared or public device, log out manually after each session by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner and selecting Sign Out.
