This license does not include the right to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Platform. It does not include the right to sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend access to the Platform. It does not permit use of the Platform for any purpose not expressly authorized. It does not permit continued use of the Platform after account termination or license revocation.

This license does not grant BitLease the right to use your User-Generated Content for marketing purposes with your personal attribution without your explicit consent.
By submitting User-Generated Content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content, that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and that the content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.
If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us at:
Email: legal@bitlease.com Subject: Intellectual Property Infringement Notice
Your notice should include identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property right you claim is infringed, identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform and its location, your contact information (name, address, email, phone), a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner, and your physical or electronic signature.
BitLease will investigate valid infringement notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
BitLease monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property through technical measures (access controls, rate limiting, bot detection, DRM), automated monitoring of the internet for unauthorized reproduction of Platform content or misuse of BitLease trademarks, reporting from employees, partners, and users, and periodic reviews of domain registrations, social media, and app stores for confusingly similar marks or infringing applications.
Unauthorized use of BitLease’s intellectual property is taken seriously and may result in a range of actions. These include formal cease demands to stop the infringing activity, immediate termination of the infringer’s Platform account, technical measures such as blocking of access, API key revocation, and IP banning, UDRP proceedings or equivalent domain name dispute resolution for infringing domain registrations, opposition proceedings against confusingly similar trademark applications, civil litigation for intellectual property infringement (including claims for injunctive relief, damages including statutory damages where available, and recovery of legal costs), criminal referral to law enforcement for criminal intellectual property offenses where applicable (including under ADGM criminal law, UAE federal IP law, and the laws of any jurisdiction where infringement occurs), and regulatory reporting to relevant authorities where IP infringement intersects with financial crime or unauthorized financial services.
Intellectual property disputes are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), without prejudice to BitLease’s right to enforce its intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs or where the infringer is located.
The Platform may incorporate open-source software components used under their respective licenses. A list of significant open-source components and their applicable licenses is available upon request from legal@bitlease.com.
BitLease complies with the terms of all applicable open-source licenses. Nothing in this Notice restricts any rights granted to you under an applicable open-source license with respect to the open-source component itself.
The use of open-source components in the Platform does not grant you any license to BitLease’s proprietary code, algorithms, or technology that incorporates, interacts with, or builds upon those open-source components.
All rights not expressly granted in this Notice or the Terms of Service are reserved by the Rights Holders. No implied license, right, or interest is granted by estoppel, implication, exhaustion, or any other legal doctrine.
