Every LTO contract enters the system with built-in solvency protection. Minimum down payments, maximum duration limits, HyperHedge fees, and volatility-adjusted parameters ensure that risk is neutralized at the contract level, before any hedging is required.
Asset-specific minimum down payments:
- BTC / ETH: 20% minimum → 25% collateral excess
- BNB: 25% minimum → 33% collateral excess
- SOL / XRP: 30% minimum → 43% collateral excess
If 30-day asset volatility exceeds 80%, minimum down payment increases by 5% automatically.
