The LTO Calculator is built on total transparency. Every fee has a function, and every number is disclosed upfront. Here is a breakdown of what each component means for you.

Down Payment

Your initial commitment. Paid upfront, this activates your contract and secures your asset immediately in MPC escrow. The higher your down payment, the lower your monthly installments will be.

Financed Amount

This is the portion of the asset's value that BitLease finances for you. It is what the Lessor provides and what your installments repay over the duration you choose.

Finance Fee

The cost of your structured financing. This is fixed the moment your contract is executed and never changes, regardless of market swings or time.

HyperHedge Fee

A one-time fee at the start that covers all default risk for the life of your contract. This ensures no negative balances, no credit impact, and no personal liability. One fee for total protection.

Origination Fee

The platform fee for creating your contract, acquiring the asset, and setting up secure custody. This is paid upfront and included in your Total Due Upfront calculation.

Staking-eligible assets generate rewards throughout your plan, and 80% goes directly to you. You can apply those rewards toward your balance or simply hold them. Every bit of yield moves you closer to full ownership.

Your Exit Is Always Open

At any point, you can settle in full, execute a buyout, or use EVS to let your asset pay for itself. There are no penalties and no minimum periods. This is your plan on your timeline.
