Welcome to BitLease

BitLease is a structured digital asset platform built around one idea: you should be able to own digital assets without needing to pay the full price upfront, and without taking on the kind of risk that keeps most people away from this space.

Instead of buying, speculating, or borrowing, BitLease lets you acquire digital assets through a structured contract. You make a down payment, follow a fixed payment schedule, and receive the full economic benefit of the asset from the very first day. When all payments are complete, the asset transfers to you on-chain and becomes fully yours.

This is not a loan. There is no credit check, no collateral, and no liquidation based on price. It is a structured ownership path — predictable, transparent, and designed to work regardless of what the market does.

What you can do on BitLease

BitLease offers four structured products, each designed for a different type of goal:

Own tab — for acquiring digital assets

The Own tab contains three products. You access them through the LTO, LTB, and LTE sub-tabs at the top of the screen.

• LTO (Lease to Own): Acquire a single digital asset through a down payment and fixed installments. You benefit from price movement from day one. Ownership transfers at the end.

• LTB (Lease to Bundle): Acquire a custom combination of assets in one contract. You build the bundle, set the weights, and own all of them at completion.

• LTE (Lease to Elect): Reserve multiple assets upfront at a single investment amount, then choose which one to keep at any point during your window. You pay once and decide later.

Use tab — for short-term access

• LTU (Lease to Use): Access the economic performance of a digital asset for a defined period without acquiring ownership. You pay a single origination fee, set your tenor, and settle at the end based on how the asset performed.
