Troubleshooting Common Platform Issues on BitLease

This guide provides solutions for common issues, including unresponsive buttons, missing data, and calculation errors. Follow the steps below to resolve these problems effectively.

1. "Review and Sign Deal" Button Is Gray

Problem

You cannot click the “Review and Sign Deal” button.


Solution

One or more required fields are incomplete. Check the following:

  1. SIZE field has a number (not 0.00).

  2. CONTRACT TENOR is selected (e.g., 3M, 6M, etc.).

  3. REPAYMENT SCHEDULE is selected (e.g., WEEKLY or MONTHLY).

  4. DOWN PAYMENT CURRENCY tab is selected (LTO or FUNDING).

Resolution:
Fill in any missing fields. The button will turn gold when all fields are complete.


2. DESK Shows No Assets

Problem

The DESK section is empty.


Solution

This usually means the data feed is not loading. Try the following:

  1. Refresh your browser (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R).

  2. Wait 30 seconds for the connection to establish.

  3. Check if the “Live” indicator has a green dot.

If DESK remains empty after 5 minutes:

  • There may be a temporary platform issue.

  • Check other sections (e.g., HOME, PLAN) to see if data loads there.

  • If other sections load but DESK does not, contact support.


3. Limit Order Price Not Accepting My Entry

Problem

You type a price in the LIMIT ORDER field, but it disappears or shows an error.


Solution

  1. Check Your Format:

    • Use only numbers and one decimal point: 68837.73.

    • Avoid commas: 68837.73 (not 68,837.73).

    • Avoid dollar signs: 68837.73 (not $68,837.73).

  2. Check Price Reasonability:

    • The platform rejects prices too far from the current market value (usually ±30%).

    • Example: If Bitcoin is $68,000, entering $30,000 will be rejected.


4. Calculator Shows Zero Fees

Problem

The LTO Calculator displays $0.00 for all fees.


Solution

  1. Ensure the Amount (BTC) field is not empty or set to zero. Enter a value greater than 0.00.

  2. If fees still show zero:

    • Close the calculator.

    • Reopen it.

    • Enter your amount again.

If fees still show zero after this:

  • There may be a calculation issue. Contact support.


5. Down Payment Balance Shows 0.00 USDT

Problem

Both LTO and FUNDING tabs show zero balance, but you know you have funds.


Solution

  1. Check Wallet Balances:

    • Navigate to the ASSETS dropdown (top menu).

    • Look at your FUNDING Wallet balance.

    • Look at your LTO Wallet balance.

  2. If Funds Are in the LTO Wallet:

    • Go to the HOME section.

    • Click CONVERT.

    • Move funds from the LTO Wallet to the FUNDING Wallet.

    • Wait 2–5 minutes for the conversion to complete.

    • Return to PRO > DEAL BUILDER.

Resolution: The balance should now display correctly.


6. Pre-Made Plan Button Does Nothing

Problem

You click “START OWNING” on a plan card, but nothing happens.


Solution

  1. Check Plan Availability:

    • Look for an indicator like “999 spots left” or “1000 spots left.”

    • If you see “0 spots left” or no indicator, the plan may be full.

  2. Check Your Account Status:

    • Navigate to Settings > Account.

    • Verify your KYC status shows “Approved.”

    • If the status shows “Pending,” complete verification first.

  3. If the Plan Has Availability and Your Account Is Verified:

    • Refresh the page.

    • Try a different plan to test if buttons work.

    • If other plans work but one does not, that specific plan may be temporarily unavailable.


7. Chart Not Loading

Problem

The TradingView chart shows a blank screen or an error message.


Solution

  1. Disable Browser Restrictions:

    • Disable ad blockers for bitlease.com.

    • Enable third-party content (required for TradingView).

    • Refresh the page.

  2. If the Chart Still Does Not Load:

    • Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended).

    • Check if tradingview.com loads directly in your browser.

If TradingView works separately but not in BitLease:

  • There may be an integration issue. Contact support.


When to Contact Support

You should contact BitLease Support if:

  • The solutions above do not resolve your issue after 24 hours.

  • You see error messages not covered in this guide.

  • Deal Builder calculations appear incorrect.

  • Your lease does not appear in OWNING after signing.

  • Payments are deducted, but the contract is not activated.

  • Chart data shows prices that contradict other reliable sources.

  • Limit Orders are not executing when the target price is reached.

  • Any behavior does not match this documentation.


Before You Contact Support, Gather:

  • Screenshots of error messages.

  • Your wallet balances (FUNDING and LTO).

  • Asset and amount you tried to lease.

  • Parameters you selected (DOWN %, TERM, payment frequency).

  • Current REFERENCE SPOT PRICE shown.

  • Order type (MARKET or LIMIT).

  • Browser name and version.

  • Any error messages from the browser console (F12 > Console tab).
