Troubleshooting Fund Movement

Cannot Move Assets Between Wallets

If you’re unable to transfer cryptocurrency between your FUNDING and LTO wallets, this guide will help you identify the issue and provide solutions to resolve it.

Symptom

You attempt to transfer cryptocurrency from the FUNDING wallet to the LTO wallet (or vice versa), but:

  • The operation fails.

  • The transfer button is inactive or grayed out.

Possible Causes

  • The asset is locked in an active contract.

  • Insufficient balance in the source wallet.

  • Incorrect wallet selected as the source or destination.

  • Network processing delays.

Solutions

Solution 1: Verify Asset Status

Check if the asset is locked:

  1. Navigate to your LTO Wallet.

  2. Locate the asset you want to transfer.

  3. Check the status indicator next to the asset amount.

  • If the status shows "Locked":

    • The asset is part of an active LTO contract and cannot be transferred until the contract is completed.

    • Resolution Path:

      • Complete all scheduled payments.

      • After the final payment, the asset’s status will automatically change to “Free.”

      • Once the status is Free, the transfer will become available.

  • If the status shows "Free":

    • The asset should be transferable. Proceed to Solution 2.

Solution 2: Verify Sufficient Balance

Ensure the available balance is sufficient for the transfer:

  1. Go to the wallet containing the asset you want to transfer.

  2. Note the displayed balance.

  3. Verify that the available balance exceeds the amount you want to transfer.

Common Balance Calculation Error:

  • Example:

    • Total balance: 1000 USDT.

    • Attempted transfer: 1000 USDT.

    • Result: Failed.

Why:

  • The total balance may include amounts reserved for pending operations or minimum balance requirements.

  • The available balance is often slightly less than the total balance.

Resolution:

  • Try transferring 95-98% of the displayed balance instead of 100%.

  • Example:

    • Total balance: 1000 USDT.

    • Attempted transfer: 980 USDT.

    • Result: Likely successful.

Solution 3: Refresh and Retry

If a previous operation is still processing:

  1. Wait 2-3 minutes.

  2. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R, Cmd+R, or F5).

  3. Check the updated balance.

  4. Retry the transfer.

Why Processing Delays Occur:

  • A previous transfer just completed.

  • A recent deposit is still finalizing.

  • The platform is updating wallet states.

Typical Processing Time:

  • 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Solution 4: Verify Wallet Selection

Ensure you selected the correct source and destination wallets:

  1. On the transfer screen, verify the “From” wallet matches the wallet where your funds are located.

  2. Verify the “To” wallet is the correct destination.

  3. Confirm the asset type matches what you own.

Common Mistake:

  • Example:

    • You have 1000 USDT in the FUNDING wallet.

    • On the transfer screen, the “From” field shows the LTO wallet.

    • The transfer shows 0 available because you are looking at the wrong source wallet.

Resolution:

  • Change the “From” dropdown to the FUNDING wallet.

  • The available balance will update correctly.
