Troubleshooting Dashboard and Lease Creation Issues
If you’re experiencing issues with your dashboard, lease creation, or payment progress, this guide provides solutions to common problems and steps to resolve them.
1. Dashboard Not Showing Active Contracts
Symptom
You’ve created a lease, but it doesn’t appear in the “My Ownership Pad” section.
Possible Causes
Lease creation process is incomplete.
Payment confirmation is pending.
Browser cache is displaying outdated data.
Insufficient initial payment was processed.
Solutions
1. Verify Lease Creation Status
Navigate to the PLAN section.
Check if the contract appears as “Pending” or “Processing.”
Wait 2–5 minutes for blockchain confirmation.
Refresh your browser (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R).
2. Check Payment Processing
Navigate to your Transaction History.
Confirm the down payment was successfully processed.
Verify that your FUNDING wallet had sufficient balance at the time of payment.
Review the transaction ID for payment confirmation.
3. Clear Browser Cache
Clear cookies and cache for Bitlease.com.
Log out and log back into your account.
Try accessing the dashboard from a different browser.
Use incognito/private browsing mode to test.
2. Progress Percentage Not Updating
Symptom
You’ve made a payment, but the Progress metric still shows the previous percentage.
Possible Causes
Payment processing delay.
Missed payment due to insufficient FUNDING wallet balance.
System update lag.
Payment schedule mismatch.
Solutions
1. Verify Payment Confirmation
Check your Transaction History for the payment record.
Confirm the payment timestamp matches the due date.
Review your FUNDING wallet transaction log.
Wait 5–10 minutes for the system to update.
2. Check FUNDING Wallet Balance
Navigate to ASSETS > FUNDING Wallet.
Verify that your balance was sufficient on the payment due date.
Review any pending transactions.
Ensure auto-payment settings are enabled.
3. Force Dashboard Refresh
Log out of your account.
Clear your browser cache.
Log back in and navigate to the OWNING section.
Check if the Progress percentage has updated.
3. Cannot See "Create LTO Position" Button
Symptom
The “Create LTO Position” button is missing or disabled, preventing you from starting a new lease.
Possible Causes
Maximum active contracts have been reached (platform limit).
Account verification (KYC) is incomplete.
Insufficient FUNDING wallet balance.
Regional restrictions apply.
Solutions
1. Check Active Contract Limits
Review your current number of active leases.
Complete or close existing contracts if you’ve reached the maximum.
Check your account tier limits in Settings.
Upgrade your account level if needed.
2. Verify Account Status
Navigate to Settings > Account.
Confirm your KYC verification status is “Approved.”
Check for any pending verification requirements.
Complete any outstanding verification steps.
3. Review FUNDING Wallet Balance
Ensure you have sufficient balance for the minimum down payment.
Add funds if your balance is below the required threshold.
Verify that supported currencies (e.g., USDT, LTO) are available.
Check the platform’s minimum deposit requirements.
4. "Insufficient Balance" Error When Creating Lease
Symptom
A red error message displays:
“Insufficient USDT balance” or “Need $[amount] more.”
Possible Causes
FUNDING wallet balance is below the down payment requirement.
Funds are in the wrong wallet (e.g., LTO wallet instead of FUNDING).
Pending transactions are reducing the available balance.
Fee calculations exceed the displayed amount.
Solutions
1. Check Wallet Balance Location
Navigate to the ASSETS dropdown.
Verify that the balance is in your FUNDING wallet (not the LTO wallet).
Use the CONVERT feature if funds are in the wrong wallet.
Allow 2–5 minutes for the conversion to complete.
2. Calculate Total Required Amount
Add up the following:
Down Payment.
Platform Fee (1.5%).
Insurance (6% annually, prorated).
Review the “Total Cost” breakdown in the lease creation screen.
Add a 5% buffer for price fluctuations.
Transfer the exact amount plus the buffer to your FUNDING wallet.
3. Clear Pending Transactions
Check your Transaction History for pending operations.
Wait for pending transfers to complete.
Cancel any unnecessary pending transactions.
Retry lease creation after the balance updates.
