Understanding Your Profile Tab

The Profile tab is the entry point to everything related to your account identity and settings. From here, you can see your verification status at a glance, check your VIP tier, and reach every setting that controls how BitLease works for you.

What You See on the Profile Tab

When you open the Profile tab, BitLease displays a summary of your account before you navigate anywhere else:

  • Greeting and email address — confirms which account you are signed into

  • UID (User ID) — your unique account identifier, useful when contacting Support

  • User Center button — opens detailed account information and preferences

  • VIP status card — shows your current VIP tier (new accounts start at VIP 0)

  • KYC Center card — shows your current identity verification level

  • Preferences shortcut — quick access to display and language settings

  • Products section — shortcuts to the LTO Deal Builder, Portfolio, LTO Packs, and Convert

  • Help and Support — direct access to BitLease support resources

Why This Page Matters

Two cards on this page — VIP status and KYC Center — directly affect what you can do on BitLease. Your KYC level determines your daily limits for deposits and withdrawals. Your VIP tier determines fee discounts and other account benefits. Checking this page regularly helps you understand exactly where your account stands.

The Profile tab does not display your wallet balances or contract details. For wallet information, see the Wallet & Funds Management category. For your active leases, see the Lease to Own (LTO), Lease to Bundle (LTB), Lease to Elect (LTE), or Lease to Use (LTU) categories.
