Browsing and Selecting LTO Plans

Last updated on April 13, 2026

Leasing on BitLease operates on a Lease-to-Own (LTO) model, enabling you to acquire cryptocurrency through structured installment payments. Instead of purchasing crypto outright, you can lease digital assets and gradually build ownership over time through regular payments.

What Makes LTO Different

The Lease-to-Own model on BitLease offers a unique approach to crypto acquisition:

  • No Collateral Required: Start owning crypto without putting up assets as security.

  • Structured Payment Plans: Choose from multiple term lengths and payment schedules.

  • Gradual Ownership: Build equity with each payment you make.

  • Full Ownership Rights: Gain complete control once the lease term is completed.

The Plans page is your central interface for browsing and selecting Lease-to-Own (LTO) contracts. Every available contract appears here with complete, transparent term details. You can use precision filters to narrow your options based on asset type, payment structure, and contract duration. This guide explains how to navigate the Plans page, understand contract information, and select the right structure for your digital asset ownership goals.

Accessing the Plans Page

Click Plans in the top navigation menu. The Plans page loads immediately, displaying a clear hierarchy of options:

  • Featured plans at the top of the screen.

  • AI-recommended contracts, if available.

  • A complete catalog of available plans below.

  • Filtering tools to refine your search.

Understanding Plan Categories

Three highlighted plans appear at the top of the page. These represent proven contract structures across different digital assets. Each featured plan card displays exact specifications:

  • Plan ID and Asset: Identifies the specific contract. Examples include BTC-A413 for a Bitcoin contract, BNB-D66D for a Binance Coin contract, or HELLO LTO for a promotional plan.

  • Badge: Indicates the plan type, such as STANDARD or STARTER.

  • Description: A brief, clear explanation of the contract structure. For example, you might see "Lease-to-own Ape Coin with Standard terms."

  • Down Payment: The exact percentage you pay upfront to initiate the contract. This ranges from 0% to 60%. For instance, a 15% requirement means you pay 15% of the total asset value immediately.

  • Installment: The number of payments and their frequency, formatted as [Number] / [Frequency]. Examples include 6/monthly, 3/monthly, or 12/monthly.

  • Finance Fee: The annual percentage rate (APR) applied to the financed portion. This ranges from 4% to 12%. A 7.25% fee means the financing costs exactly 7.25% annually.

  • OWN IT Button: Click this button to select the plan and proceed to your secure configuration.

AI Precision Picks

Below the featured plans, an AI-powered section provides real-time, data-driven recommendations. This section appears with the heading: LTO-AI PRECISION PICKS.

The AI engine analyzes current market conditions, asset volatility, historical performance, and optimal entry points. It recommends contracts with favorable risk-adjusted terms to support intelligent structure and system stability.

Each AI recommendation card displays:

  • AI RECOMMENDATION Badge: Confirms the plan was selected by the recommendation engine.

  • Optimization Note: Explains the focus of the plan, such as "BNB Optimized" or "ETH Optimized."

  • Standard Plan Details: Displays the exact down payment, installment schedule, and finance fee.

These recommendations update in real-time as market conditions change. They provide statistical entry point optimization for users seeking structured, institutional-grade opportunities.

Filtering Plans by Asset and Terms

Asset Class Filters

You can filter plans by specific cryptocurrencies using the tools under the heading SELECT YOUR ASSET CLASS.

  • All: Shows every available plan across all assets. This is the default view.

  • SOL: Displays only Solana LTO contracts.

  • BTC: Displays only Bitcoin LTO contracts.

  • ETH: Displays only Ethereum LTO contracts.

  • BNB: Displays only Binance Coin LTO contracts.

Click any asset button to refresh the catalog. The selected button highlights to indicate the active filter.

Advanced Filtering

Click ⚙ ADVANCED FILTERS to expand additional structural options.

  • ALL: Shows all plans for the selected asset without additional filtering.

  • LOW ENTRY: Filters for plans with lower down payment requirements. This minimizes your upfront capital requirement.

  • SHORT TERM: Filters for plans with fewer installments, such as 3/monthly or 4/weekly structures. This allows you to complete ownership faster.

  • LONG TERM HOLDING: Filters for plans with extended payment schedules, like 24/monthly plans. This spreads smaller installment amounts over a longer period.

You can combine asset class filters and advanced filters to find the exact structure you need. For example, selecting "BTC" and "SHORT TERM" displays only Bitcoin plans that complete in fewer installments. Selecting "All" and "LOW ENTRY" shows plans with minimal upfront requirements across every available digital asset.
