Transaction History

The Transaction History page provides a complete record of all account activity. This includes deposits, withdrawals, installment payments, contract events, and internal transfers. Understanding how to read this history ensures accurate tracking of your asset movements and contract obligations.

Accessing Transaction History

Navigate to the Assets section in the main menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the transaction history interface.

Two tabs are available:

RECENT TRANSACTIONS: All account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and contract events
RECENT TRANSFERS: Internal transfers between FUNDING and LTO wallets only

Recent Transactions Tab

Transaction Categories

Transactions are organized by type with distinct visual indicators:

Credit (Incoming)

Green downward arrow icon (↓)
Positive amount in green text (+)
Examples: deposits, unlocked contract assets, staking rewards

Debit (Outgoing)

Red upward arrow icon (↑)
Negative amount in red text (-)
Examples: installment payments, withdrawals, contract initiation

Lock

Red upward arrow icon (↑)
Negative amount in red text (-)
Indicates asset moved into leased status for new contract

Unlock

Green downward arrow icon (↓)
Positive amount in green text (+)
Indicates asset released from contract to transferable status

Transfer Direction Indicator

Internal transfers between your wallets display with clear directional labels:

Funding → LTO
Transfer from FUNDING Wallet to LTO Wallet

LTO → Funding
Transfer from LTO Wallet to FUNDING Wallet

Include:

Your registered email address
Specific transaction ID (if applicable)
Expected transaction type and amount
Date transaction should have occurred
Screenshot of transaction history showing issue
