Understanding VIP Levels and How to Unlock Them
VIP status on BitLease reflects your activity on the platform and unlocks a set of account benefits. Unlike KYC levels, which govern access and limits, VIP levels are a recognition of engagement and reward loyal use of the platform.

How VIP Tiers Work
BitLease structures VIP status as a ladder, from VIP 0 (new accounts) up through VIP 5 and above. Each tier is unlocked by meeting one of two thresholds:
- Assets held on the platform reaching a specified amount, OR
- 30-day trading or transaction volume reaching a specified amount
Benefits by Tier
Higher VIP tiers unlock a combination of the following benefits. Specific combinations vary by tier:
- Reduced platform fees
- Priority customer support
- Faster withdrawal processing
- Welcome bonus on tier entry
- Early access to new features and products
- Dedicated account manager (highest tiers)

The KYC Gate
VIP progression is locked behind identity verification. Your account must reach a minimum KYC level — at least Identified — before VIP tiers above VIP 0 become available. This is shown as a locked state on the VIP Benefits screen until the requirement is met.

Checking Your VIP Status
- Open the Profile tab.
- View your current tier on the VIP status card, or tap it to open the full VIP Benefits screen.
- Review the next tier's requirements to see what is needed to progress.
VIP tier is recalculated based on your account activity. There is no manual application process — your tier updates automatically once you meet a threshold.
